Commercial Litigation Attorney (Boutique Trial Powerhouse)
The Opportunity

The Work
You will handle sophisticated, high-tech IP, partnership disputes, and complex commercial litigation for a client roster that includes Fortune 100 giants and visionary founders. Every move we make is oriented toward trial, ensuring our associates gain experience and responsibility that takes years to achieve elsewhere.
What We’re Looking For
- Associates: 2–5 years of high-level litigation experience. You must be among the "sharpest and smartest" in the room. Top 20 Law School pedigree is highly preferred.
- Senior Counsel: 8 years of experience with a heavy emphasis on Big Law training and complex commercial cases.
- The X-Factor: Exceptional writing, analytical rigor, and a desire to "relish the battle." Federal clerkships are a significant plus.
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $250,000 – $450,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
- Senior Counsel All-In: $650k–$750k
- Associate All-In: $400k–$600k
- Bonus Cycle: Consistent semi-annual bonuses in June and December.
