We're hiring now for a Logistics Coordinator in Romeoville, IL.What We OfferWeekly pay of $30.00 per hourDirect deposit & debit card payment optionsHealth, vision, dental, life, and disability insuranceWeekly PayLogistics Coordinator Tasks & DutiesArrange local logistics transportation, including vehicle dispatch, route planning, and carrier coordination, to ensure timely sending and receiving of goods.Track shipment status in real-time, updatelogistics information, and handle exceptions (e.g., delays, damages, or losses).Communicate with logistics suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to promptly resolve transportation issues and optimize service processes.Manage the reconciliation, review, and payment application of transportation costs to ensure accurate accounting.Maintain logistics data records, generate operational reports, and assist in analyzing logistics costs and service quality.Comply with U.S. local logistics regulations to ensure operational compliance.Logistics Coordinator Shift InfoDay Shift, 8:00 am to 4:30 amMonday - FridayLogistics Coordinator Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)Logistics Coordinator experience preferredAssociate degree or higher; preference given to degrees in Logistics Management,Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or related fields.At least 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, orsupply chain; familiarity with the U.S. local logistics market and operational processes is required.Proficient in logistics management software (e.g., TMS), tracking systems, and Microsoft Office tools.Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills, with the ability to handle emergencies.Language Preference: We prioritize candidates who are fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese). If no suitable Chinese-speaking candidates are available, proficiency in English is acceptable.Detail-oriented with data analysis and problem-solving skills, adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.Preference given to candidates with cross-border logistics ore-commerce logistics experience.Apply today!
