Ascend Staffing is hiring a Part Time Retail Customer Service Representatives in Centralia, WA. positions are filling quickly!What We OfferWeekly pay – $17.00 per hourDirect deposit & debit card pay optionsHealth, vision, dental, life, and disability insurancein store discountImmediate start opportunitiesJob Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide professional, polite, and empathetic customer serviceAssist customers with shipping and packaging services, printing through email and by phone services offered by the franchise ownerAssist customers with their product and service need in person through email and by phoneProcess customers salves through the point-of-sale systemOpens and closed the center cash register and other center systemsassist management in maintaining, ordering and stocking inventorymaintains the center consistent with established standardsinteracts with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS courier and other vendors and all store staffsorts and deposits mail in private mailboxescaptures, complete tasks, and organizes virtual mailRespond quickly to customer inquiries and issuesAnswer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or IVR systemsAssess customer needs and provide accurate solutionsUp-sell and cross-sell and actively participates in marketing and promotional initiativesGenerate sales leads from inbound and outbound callsMeet or exceed individual and team performance goalsDocument customer interactions and update account informationProcess returns, refunds, and provide shipping tracking informationFollow all customer service policies and proceduresAim for first-call resolution and customer retentionShift Schedule- Must be Flexible as hours/ days work might changeDay Shift: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PMMonday – SaturdayQualifications & RequirementsPrevious retail or customer service experience preferredAble to translate customer requirements into final product servicesproficient in Microsoft office applications, Google Suite, Windows and operating systems and other computer hardware softwarevalid driver's license required/ must be able to operate a vehicleHigh School Diploma or GEDmust be able to lift 5LBSability to fill in need if needed at sister location in laceymust be able to work flexible hoursPrevious experience in customer support, sales, or client services a plusExcellent phone communication and listening skillsBasic computer skills (data entry, call tracking, updating customer profiles)Ability to multitask and manage time effectivelyCustomer-focused with a positive attitudeAble to pass a pre-employment drug screenAble to pass a background checkAuthorized to work in the United StatesApply today!
