About the Role We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused person to help support our growing tree service business. This role is the first point of contact for our customers, so strong communication skills and a friendly attitude are essential. You’ll handle incoming calls, schedule jobs, and follow up with leads that come through our email. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly, helpful customer service Schedule estimates, tree work, and follow-up appointments Monitor incoming leads via email and call customers back promptly Communicate with the field crew to coordinate daily job schedules Maintain an organized calendar of upcoming jobs Enter customer information and job details into our system (or spreadsheet, CRM, etc.) Provide status updates to customers as needed Assist with light administrative tasks Qualifications & Qualities We’re Looking For Strong communication skills (clear, professional, friendly) Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers
