Hybrid Schedule: Staff works from the Flatiron office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and works remotely Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Job Description
Financial Management:
Work closely with outside bookkeeper on monthly closes, annual budget, reporting and analysis
Must have experience with Quick Books and other financial systems
Cash flow management
AR management . Aging review, managing collections, lockbox review
Vendor management - for ex. Chase, AMEX, landlord, Muckrack, Justworks, IT,
bookkeeper, CPA, lawyer, cleaning services
Set up/approval of vendor payments in coordination with partners and bookkeeper
Review account reconciliations
Client Management:
On boarding support including drafting contracts, billing details, COI and W-9, into Maste File
Recruiting HR Management:
Recruiting & Hiring
Partnering with teams to assess hiring needs; Managing job postings, salary bench marking, and drafting off er letters; Sending offers to candidates and negotiations.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
