Solidly established Global Hedge Fund/FinTech Firm is looking for an experienced, proactive and highly organized individual to provide exceptional Administrative and Operational Support to Senior Executives, regardless of prior executive assistance experience. The role involves exercising sound judgment, adaptability, and problem-solving to help keep key initiatives organized and moving forward anticipating needs, managing shifting priorities, and maintaining a high degree of professionalism. The role offers close collaboration with Leaders Across the Firm in a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environment, with structured guidance to learn the nuances of executive support. High performers in this role may be considered for full-time opportunities at the firm.
Executive Assistants at our firm are accustomed to taking ownership of their work product and excel at working independently and as part of a team. We work in a hybrid model where you are in the office Tuesday through Thursday with the option of working from home on Monday and Friday.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• At least Seven (7) years of Relevant Experience is required.
• We welcome applicants from a wide range of professional backgrounds; no prior finance experience is required.
• Experience in Client Services or Other Customer-focused roles is a meaningful plus.
• Proven ability to learn and utilize productivity software, including Slack, Confluence, SharePoint, and adopting Generative AI into workflows.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook) required.
• Keen attention to detail, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion is a must.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities will evolve as you gain familiarity with the firm and its executives. Core duties:
• Manage complex schedules, coordinate detail-sensitive meetings, organize travel logistics, and serve as a liaison with internal groups and external partners.
• Support key projects and operational needs while building expertise in the firm’s workflows, tools, and expectations.
• Work closely with EA Team Leadership and Managers, learning Principal Preferences and Team Dynamics before taking on Independent Coverage Assignments.
Salary : $125,000 - $145,000
