Title: Accounting Administrative Coordinator
Pay: $35,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
Location: Tamarac, FL (On-site)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Administrative Coordinator to support our finance team with a variety of administrative and accounting tasks. You’ll assist in maintaining accurate records, entering financial and order data, and helping departments stay aligned through documentation and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with entering and verifying customer orders and vendor purchase orders in accounting and ERP systems
- Match invoices, purchase orders, and receipts for payment approvals
- Perform accounts payable and receivable data entry and reconciliations
- Support month-end close with documentation updates and reporting
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files related to orders, invoices, and payments
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and document management
- Coordinate with accounting, sales, and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies
- Provide backup support to other admin or finance roles as needed
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or coursework in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting support, admin roles, or bookkeeping
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (sorting, formulas, data entry)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar software preferred
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable with deadlines and repetitive tasks
- Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset
