ASC Global is an established independent electronic components distributor operating globally since 1996. We work with OEM, EMS, and MRO clients in a fast-paced, highly competitive market and are expanding our in-office sales team in Tamarac, Florida.
This role is suited to individuals who are competitive, resilient, and motivated to build a long-term career in international B2B sales.
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to generate new business
Identify, qualify, and develop B2B customer relationships
Work full-time from our Tamarac headquarters
Support senior brokers while gradually building your own accounts
Learn pricing structures, negotiation fundamentals, and deal execution
Maintain accurate activity tracking and follow-ups in CRM systems
Gain exposure to international markets and supply-chain dynamics
1–2 years of B2B product sales experience
Competitive sports background or equivalent performance-driven experience
Strong work ethic and resilience in a target-driven environment
Comfortable communicating by phone and willing to develop sales skills
Coachable, disciplined, and committed to continuous improvement
Strong English communication skills
Interested in building a career rather than a short-term sales role
Base salary plus performance-based commission structure
