What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Inventory Analyst position at Arvato?
Your Tasks:
- Supports and organizes client specific PI's and required cycle count cadences
- Responsible for client reporting timeliness
- Internal and External KPI Dashboards
- Initiates and monitors put away and replenishment audits
- Interfaces with client on system-to-system variances, and adjustments of stock in SAP
- Manages and tracks BOC's (back-order cancellation)
- Supports control tower with Warehouse Consolidations & Overall Warehouse Health
- Monitor and control aging and clearance of SAP interfaces
- System to client system reconciliation reporting approved adjustments
- Trouble shoots broken EDI messages
- Monitors and reports on critical interfaces for lost or missing stock (888, 999, CC1)
- Support cross-functional teams in inventory-related projects and initiatives
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory processes and systems
- Develops and provides Operational inventory control training
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong working knowledge of SAP at a foundational level with focus in warehouse management
- 2 years minimum experience with inventory control
- 2 years minimum experience with inventory management
- Able to work onsite full-time in Louisville, KY
