Oversee the control tower functions, Supervise and manage warehouse, picking, and shipping of finished goods and raw materials, manage department labor utilization of labor and equipment. Work closely with all departments to ensure on-time completion and maintain quality of orders to meet customer requirements.

- Responsible for daily and weekly labor planning based on forecast for departments
- Oversees all production and distribution planning
- Responsible for maintaining all metrics with staff
- Assist facility with all scrap order and recall process for finished goods and raw materials
- Augments inventory control and will assist in warehouse structure moves and changes
- Hire and ensure proper training of new employees for the control tower.
- Responsible for all performance management of employees
- Monitor order picking for shipment availability in SAP
- Ensure work instructions are followed and current.
- Oversee the investigation of inventory discrepancies
- Investigate and respond to any inquiries as needed
- Monitor and adhere to customer requests
- Update and maintain shipping databases in WMS
- Ensure that shift end specific procedures with all shipping systems is completed
- Point of contact for security regarding dock activity and small pack carrier coordination
- RF devices and lift truck inventory and coordination
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- SAP is a must or equivalent WMS systems
- Must possess solid analytical skills
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations under stress.
- Computer literacy applied.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of picking and shipping tasks along with – UPS, DHL, FEDEX
- Self directed and goal orientated
- Team Orientated
- 3 years of Supervisory experience or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of, SAP, Kronos,
- Fluent in Microsoft Office applications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
- 3 years in a SAP and /or WMS environment
- 2 years experience with inventory research
- Ability to travel as needed
- Must be able to lift/push./pull up to 50 lbs.
- Able to stand/walk for long periods of time
