The Role

As a Loan Processor at ARV Finance, you are the engine of the deal. You’ll be responsible for taking files from handoff to funding with precision and speed. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for our borrowers, ensuring they receive the "white-glove" service we are known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage a high-volume pipeline of private money/hard money loans.
• Documentation: Collect and review borrower entity docs, budgets and title documents just to name a few
• Customer Excellence: Provide proactive updates to borrowers and brokers, ensuring a seamless, "No-Stress" experience.
• Coordination: Work closely with underwriters and escrow officers to clear conditions and meet tight closing deadlines.
• Compliance: Ensure all files meet ARV Finance’s rigorous internal standards and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 2 years in loan processing (Private Lending or Hard Money experience is a major plus).
• Speed & Accuracy: You move fast, but you don't miss the details.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills—you know how to make clients feel like they are our only priority.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with LOS systems and CRM tools (Salesforce)
