Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. ArtsQuest business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., however this role requires regular work outside of normal business hours in order to support our initiatives.

Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator assists in the creation, management, and implementation of marketing and advertising plans, email campaigns, growth initiatives, oversite of project and contractual fulfillment, and support for Marketing needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Execution of email campaigns and in evolution of future email strategies based on key insights and learnings summarized by Coordinator.
- Generate summary reports and effectively share results, including but not limited to data and reports from Campaign Monitor, Google Analytics and Facebook Business Suite, to help identify efficiencies in advertising spends, new prospective customers, metrics needed to understand and improve performance.
- Oversee the data entry and database management process for email segments, marketing data, all contests with Strategic Systems Support Administrator and appropriate team members.
- Assist in creation and fulfillment of media partner contracts and management of internal and external client relationships; works with creative team to execute traditional advertising campaigns
- Participates in the conception and creation of promotional campaigns, collateral material and advertising campaigns including drafting copy points, headlines, and writing for websites, email campaigns, etc.
- Work with the Box Office to track and fulfill ticket requirements for media partners year-round.
- Lead the organization’s event marketing initiatives and other growth-oriented initiatives along with counterparts across the organization, helping achieve the organization’s mission in measurable ways.
- Assist and regularly engage with the organization’s social media team- contribute to ArtsQuest’s social media activities including prompt sharing of learnings (email and social), assistance with messages from customers, and the creation of new media assets to enhance marketing campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
- Work with Director of Content Marketing on advertising plans and settlement of expense reports and analysis.
- Assist in the posting content to ArtsQuest websites.
- Act as Finance department liaison - code and submit expense reports and invoices for team members, following the accounting schedule, with the proper GL accounts; accurately allocate donated funds to the appropriate revenue streams forwarding them onto Finance and answering any questions that may arise.
- Assist with meeting scheduling, preparation and dissemination of agendas, meeting materials and presentations, take notes, prepare minutes, distribute minutes etc.; attend Marketing Team, Marketing Committee meetings; take notes, recap minutes, distribute to all involved within 48 hours of meeting.
- Work with Creative and Sponsorship teams to manage the inventory for Artonomous Media; send advertising and content reminders to Sponsors, participate in sales efforts.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

- Strong relationship-builder with an ability to proactively communicate in a professional manner to a wide variety of audiences.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business and/or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel (use of pivot tables, multi -channel, charts, v-lookups, etc.), Power Point, and Outlook. Additional experience with digital analytics, content management systems, design software and/or email marketing platforms is preferred.
- At least one year of previous experience in a public relations, communications, marketing, or business administrative support role.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, excel and grow with ArtsQuest.
- Experience with WordPress or other content management systems is a plus.
