🚀 We’re Hiring: Sales & Marketing Coordinator 🚀 On site position
Smart Juice LLC, a leading producer of premium juices and juice beverages, is looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our COO and help drive daily sales and marketing operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone organized, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in the food & beverage industry. You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales coordination, marketing initiatives, customer communication, and trade show support, all while working closely with leadership.
What You’ll Do:
✨ Support the COO with day-to-day sales and marketing tasks
✨ Assist with customer communications and promotional programs
✨ Help maintain new customer/vendor documentation and compliance records (organic, kosher, FDA)
✨ Assist with chargeback and deduction reviews for accuracy
✨ Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials
✨ Support trade show and customer event logistics
✨ Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Product Development teams
✨ Maintain and update CRM or sales tracking tools
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
✔️ 5 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or administrative roles (CPG/food & beverage a plus)
✔️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔️ Excellent written & verbal communication
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
✔️ Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
✔️ Willingness to travel occasionally
✔️ Experience with retailers or CRM tools is a plus
