Our client, a company consisting of iconic year-round mountain destinations, is currently seeking a contract Mobile Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for executing mobile campaigns that support CRM goals and destination requests. This includes the development and deployment of SMS, app push notifications, and in-app messages. The role involves hands-on work with message creation and deployment across mobile platforms. You will be expected to follow established best practices and compliance standards for mobile marketing and support in execution and audience segmentation efforts.

You Will:
- Assist in executing the CRM marketing calendar across mobile channels
- Execute mobile marketing requests from local destination teams, ensuring prompt and timely responses
- Build and deploy mobile messaging campaigns, including SMS, app push notifications, and in-app messages
- Ensure all mobile (SMS and app) communications follow established best practices, brand guidelines, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support coordinated, multi-channel campaigns aligned with broader marketing goals
- Monitor and report performance metrics across campaigns and assist in the creation of local destination reports
- Stay current with trends and platform updates related to mobile marketing, sharing learnings and suggestions with the team.
- 1 years’ experience in building and executing measurable marketing programs across email and mobile (SMS and app) channels, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Availability required Wednesday through Sunday 9-5 EST, with flexibility to support during winter holidays as needed
- Strong writing skills for SMS, app push notifications, and in-app messages
- Hands-on experience supporting mobile messaging campaigns within an app (or email) platform as part of multi-channel marketing efforts
- Experience with setting up and maintaining automated workflows for mobile (or email) messaging
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage deadlines, and comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional/lived experience proactively marketing, communicating, and driving sales in a culturally competent manner to a broad range of audiences and new/emerging markets, including underrepresented communities
- Projected Start Date: As soon as the right candidate is identified
- Duration: now through March 2026, with the potential to extend
- Hours/Week: minimum of 25 hours and a maximum of 40 hours per week
