You Will:
- Develop and execute social media content strategy across multiple platforms
- Write original copy that drives engagement with gaming/streaming audiences
- Manage influencer and creator partnerships, working with talent and their management teams
- Produce content for live events, music festivals, and gaming tournaments
- Analyze performance data and optimize content strategy based on metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with programming, partnerships, and marketing teams
- Create content briefs and manage freelance editors/designers through production cycles
- Monitor daily performance and deliver regular reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- 5 years experience managing social media for media, entertainment, or gaming brands
- Strong portfolio demonstrating copywriting and video content creation
- Proven experience working with creators, influencers, and talent management
- Background in gaming, esports, streaming, or music industries
- Proficiency in video editing and content production tools
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics platforms (Salesforce, Monday.com, or similar)
- Experience producing real-time social content for live events
- Track record of driving measurable growth and engagement
