Duties
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Handle multi-line phone systems, ensuring effective communication and phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide customer support through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for document creation, data management, and correspondence.
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Support bookkeeping tasks as needed, including basic accounting functions using QuickBooks.
- Maintain office organization through efficient filing systems and clerical support.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office management processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Strong computer skills with a focus on data entry accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
