2nd shift Warehouse Position
Location- Shelby
Hours- Monday- Thursday 3pm-1am
Pay-$24/hr
The Warehouse Operator I moves materials within the warehouse and completes other warehouse support
tasks, assists in loading, unloading, recording, arranging, routing, transporting, and staging material or product.
This position also works to fill orders, and prepare items for shipment, in addition to the maintenance of stock
records in the warehouse. This position may view or input information into an ERP system or other database.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
• Work includes gathering or distributing product or materials within the production/warehouse area, with an
understanding of picking, staging, and putting away materials using RF devices.
• Will routinely operate lifting devices, including the use of stand-up / sit-down forklifts. Will utilize the lifting
devices to move, stack, load, or unload materials in and about the plant/warehouse.
• Responsible for properly loading and unloading material onto trucks.
• Promotes teamwork and cooperation by helping to provide instructions and support to your teammates.
• Hazmat trained/certified – specifically ground shipment only for loading and unloading materials.
• Prepare export products according to specified packaging requirements and hazmat procedures.
• Ensure compliance to company policies and maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Communication with pick-up/delivery drivers daily.

Minimum Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment or previous chemical experience preferred.
• Ability to write, read, and comprehend English, and follow simple written and verbal instructions.
• Proven ability to perform simple math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• RF device scanning experience preferred.
• Must be forklift certified within 30-days of hire
