Imperia Foods, Inc. in Montfort, a growing manufacturer of plant based food products, is searching for team-oriented self-starters who can grow with us. We offer full-time employment with a starting wage of $20 per hour plus shift premium.
The Production Associate’s role is to assist in the production and packaging of the product, while maintaining a clean work environment. Production Associates report directly to the Senior Production Supervisor.
Shift:
Monday - Thursday, 2nd Shift

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Be able to lift 55 pounds.
- Be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Be able to bend at the waist and reach overhead.
- Adhere to and perform tasks following Imperia Foods policies and procedures.
- Complete required paperwork using GDP’s (Good Documentation Practices)
- Perform and document Pre/Post Operational inspections as required.
- Stack 38-40# finished product blocks into bread trays up to 9 high.
- Operate electric pallet jacks, Big Joe, and forklift.
- Load/Unload trucks and put ingredients into racks.
- Job duties are to be performed safely, following safety protocols. Report any safety concerns to management.
- Properly clean and sanitize equipment and infrastructure used in the production process (tables, mats, cookers, etc.) using the color-coded tools, proper cleaning chemicals and sanitizers according to the SSOP’s.
- Accurately measure/weigh ingredients for production. Includes filling buckets and bins with ingredients.
- Perform metal detector checks during metal detection and palletizing of product.
- Perform required Sanitation verification and environmental monitoring checks as scheduled.
In addition to the responsibilities listed above, other duties may be assigned by your supervisor, as dictated by business necessity.
