Job Brief
Innerpak Inc. is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as General Production Laborers. This position supports daily production operations through material handling, basic machine operation, quality inspection, and facility upkeep.
The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a production environment. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Training is provided.
Job Responsibilities
Production Support
• Operate basic production equipment
• Assist machine operators to meet daily production goals
• Follow established work instructions and safety standards
Material Handling
• Use pallet jacks and material carts throughout the facility to move and organize raw materials and finished goods
Quality Control
• Inspect finished products for visible defects or inconsistencies
• Report any quality concerns, equipment issues, or safety hazards to machine operators or nearby supervisors promptly
Facility Maintenance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Sweep work areas, remove debris, and properly dispose of scrap materials after each job.
• Assist with general facility cleanliness as needed
Safety Compliance
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
• Properly wear and maintain required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
o Closed toe non-slip shoes (required)
o Safety glasses, ear plugs, and gloves (optional)
• Participate in safety meetings and training as required
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required.
Experience
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience is preferred

Skills and Abilities
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Frequent bending, lifting, and repetitive movement
• Able to lift a minimum of 20lbs
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels
Schedule (Overtime may be required based on production demands)
First Shift
• Monday – Thursday 4AM – 1PM
• Friday 4AM – 8AM
Second Shift
• Monday – Thursday 1PM – 11PM
