Primary Purpose:
The Inside Sales Manager supports Club accounts by managing sales execution, promotional tracking, customer communication, and cross-functional coordination. This role ensures commitments, demos, new item launches, and financial accruals are accurately tracked and executed while serving as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Innovation, and external customers.
Responsibilities:
• Support inside sales efforts across club accounts
• Maintain Commitment Tracker and communicate order status to buyers
• Track monthly accruals, SPP deductions, and promotional/demo spend
• Manage demo submissions, tracking, and reporting
• Code invoices for demos, promotions, imaging, and deductions
• Submit and track internal and external sample requests
• Support actionable follow ups from customer meetings
• Enter and update Salesforce opportunities and customer information
• Provide lift reports and sales reporting as requested
• Coordinate buy documents and QA forms across teams
• Support Instacart imaging requests and buy doc updates
• Serve as backup for forecasting, buy docs, and team as needed
• Provide cross-functional training and operational support
- 5 years of experience in sales support, purchasing, customer service or other business-related roles; cheese experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Finance preferred.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective cross-functional communicator
- Experience with Retail Link, Salesforce, and financial tracking preferred
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time salaried position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday. Expectations of 45 hours per week, to be worked during normal business hours. Up to 20% travel required.
Compensation and Benefits:
The budgeted salary range for this position is $91,000-$120,000, with a 12.5% annual bonus potential.
