Must-Have Skills:
- Extensive experience supporting enterprise finance and ERP environments, with deep expertise in Oracle accounting applications, financial transaction processing.
- Strong background in finance systems integration, financial data modeling, accounting operations, reconciliations, regulatory reporting.
- Proven ability to lead solution architecture, systems modernization initiatives, process improvements.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience developing architecture artifacts, functional and technical specifications, process flows, and implementation documentation for large-scale finance initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
