Must-Have Skills:
- 4 years of professional experience in marketing management consulting, strategic sourcing, supply chain, procurement, or a related field.
- Strong experience analyzing spend data, evaluating supply markets, and identifying strategic sourcing opportunities.
- Proven experience supporting or leading strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFX/RFP/RFQ processes, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience sourcing marketing-related categories, including Policy & Communications, Market Research, B2B Marketing.
- Experience with supplier performance management, vendor relationship management, and change management initiatives.
