Trident Consulting is currently seeking a “Oracle Cloud RTR & FAH Lead“ for one of our industry-leading clients
Title: Oracle Cloud RTR & FAH Implementation Lead – M&A Integrations (Oracle Financials Lead)
Location: Remote
Type: W2 Contract
Rate: $100/hr on W2
Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle Cloud RTR and FAH implementations for M&A integrations.
- Configure and implement Oracle General Ledger, FAH, SLA, Cash Management, Intercompany Accounting, Financial Close, and Financial Reporting.
- Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design, CRPs, data migration, SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and hypercare.
- Lead legal entity onboarding, ledger setup, Chart of Accounts harmonization, trial balance migration, and accounting transformations.
- Design scalable accounting solutions using Oracle SLA and FAH.
- Partner with business and technical teams to ensure Day-1 operational readiness and successful financial integrations.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience.
- 3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations from Discovery to Hypercare.
- Strong Oracle Financials expertise in:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Financial Accounting Hub (FAH)
- Subledger Accounting (SLA)
- Cash Management
- Intercompany Accounting
- Financial Close
- Experience supporting M&A integrations, ERP carve-outs, or enterprise transformations.
- Expertise in Chart of Accounts design, legal entity setup, ledger configuration, data migration, and financial reporting.
- Strong accounting and Record-to-Report (RTR) process knowledge.
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle EPM (FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS)
- REST APIs and Middleware integrations
- Oracle Cloud Data Conversion
- Financial Reporting & Workflow Automation
