The Right Agent for Artemis
This isn’t for everyone — and that’s by design. We’re looking for: Licensed Realtors closing at least 10 deals per year (or hungry to get there fast, as most of our agents close this many in a month). Growth-minded professionals who want certainty, leverage, and more time freedom . People who value family, relationships, and experiences — not just the grind. Agents who fear getting left behind by a tough market and want a system that wins even when the market shifts. We DO NOT want agents who just want layups, want to do it “part time,” want it to be easy, want to do it “the way they’ve always done it,” or want to “try” real estate.

What You’ll Actually Do Here Convert warm Zillow Flex and Market VIP appointments into closings. Deliver exceptional buyer seller consultations backed by our proven playbooks. Leverage our marketing, coaching, and support team so you can focus on building a sustainable two-way pipeline of business long-term. Build wealth not only through closings but also stock revenue share opportunities .
Qualifications Active Real Estate License (required). Minimum 1 year sales or real estate experience (preferred). Tech-comfortable (CRM, apps, digital tools). Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills. Follow-Up Boss or Flex experience is a huge plus. Self-starters thrive in this model. Our leadership “can’t want it for you.” If you’re independent, ambitious, hardworking, and self-motivated, you will crush your goals with us. Think: owner of your own business vs an employee mentality.
Compensation 100% commission stock revenue share. Agents on our platform typically earn $75,000 annually as new agents in the first year or two, depending on effort and experience. Our best and most consistent producers take home $200k to $450k annually.
