Pay: $120,000-$160,000 annually
Shift: Full-Time | Mon-Fri | 8am-5pm
Requirements:
Required:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with high-touch patient populations.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple patient cases simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where adaptability and initiative are essential.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in EMRs, digital communication platforms, and healthcare technology tools.
- Professional, polished, and service-oriented demeanor.
- Interest in clinical research, emerging therapies, and innovative treatment approaches.
Preferred:
- Clinical foundation with experience in oncology, neurology, complex care, concierge medicine, or patient navigation preferred.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Associate Clinical Director to serve as the primary point of contact for a growing population of concierge and specialized care patients. This individual will play a critical role in delivering a highly personalized patient experience while helping coordinate care, streamline communication, and support patients throughout their healthcare journey. The Associate Clinical Director will work closely with physicians, patients, caregivers, and external healthcare partners to ensure timely follow-up, seamless coordination, and exceptional service. This role is ideal for a clinically minded professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and serving as a trusted resource for patients navigating complex medical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary clinical liaison for concierge and specialized care patients.
- Maintain ongoing communication with patients and families through proactive outreach, follow-up, and care coordination.
- Conduct regular patient check-ins to foster engagement, strengthen relationships, and ensure a consistently exceptional patient experience.
- Guide patients through various stages of their healthcare journey, ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience.
- Coordinate medical records, diagnostic testing, referrals, treatment planning activities, and other patient-related needs.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, laboratories, testing vendors, and healthcare partners to facilitate continuity of care.
- Provide education, support, and resources to patients and caregivers navigating complex health conditions.
- Support in-clinic operations and assist with patient visits, treatments, and program-related initiatives as needed.
