Direct Hire Comp: $100K (flexible)
Location: Newtown Square, PA — starts on-site, transitions to hybrid after ramp.
Reason for opening: Seeking a Senior Accountant to take full ownership of full-cycle accounting.
Reports to: VP of Finance
Must Haves:
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in manufacturing or inventory-driven business
- Knowledge of revenue recognition (ASC 606)
- Proven ownership of month-end close process
- Managerial experience
Nice Haves:
- Track record of reducing month-end close timelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full month-end close across two general ledgers (Titan ERP and QuickBooks)
- Mentor and guide accounting clerks to elevate professional accounting practices
- Review and maintain general ledger accuracy and completeness
- Drive process improvements through system automation
- Ensure compliance with GAAP
