Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced healthcare setting
- Assist patients and clients with inquiries, appointment coordination, and general support
- Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and policies
- Document all interactions and update patient or customer records in internal systems
- Route calls to appropriate departments when necessary
- Follow up to ensure timely resolution of requests or concerns
- Support general administrative functions as needed
Qualifications:
