About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Planner I to support the Planning Department. This role plays a key part in coordinating aircraft and engine maintenance projects, preparing work packages, and ensuring schedules, approvals, and documentation are accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and monitor aircraft and engine storage schedules.
Prepare and distribute work packages, including technical data and corridor inputs.
Confirm customer approvals for additional materials, tooling, or outside vendor services before issuing work paperwork.
Assist the control booth in closing work packages and preparing departure packages for Program Managers.
Set up outside vendor services (OSV) as needed.
Support invoicing for storage and fixed-price projects, and forward completed invoices to Accounts Payable.
Update and maintain master summary records for aircraft and engines.
Scan and organize work packages per customer requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the Planning Department.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Comfortable using email and internet tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude with dedication to quality, productivity, safety, and reliable attendance.
Salary : $25 - $30
