- 10- 15 years of operations or plant management experience in digital print, direct mail, fulfillment, or related manufacturing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent directly related work experience.
- Strong people leadership experience with the ability to build morale, drive consensus, and motivate teams toward shared goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Strategic planning capability, including evaluating, developing, and implementing new operational strategies and procedures.
- Strong customer‑focused mindset with the ability to set realistic expectations and deliver on commitments.
- Advanced problem‑solving skills, including the ability to anticipate issues, analyze data, evaluate options, and implement solutions.
- Strong planning, organization, delegation, and supplier‑management skills.
