Job Title:Employee Development Spec

Location: Renton, WA

Salary Range: $40-45/Hr on W2

Contract: 12 months, possible extension

Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that learning objectives are met and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Proven experience in conducting learning requirements analysis and establishing learning objectives
• Strong background in designing and developing instructional materials
• Experience in delivering content and assessing its effectiveness
  
  

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a specialized content area such as Electrical, Structural, Quality, or Systems
• Ability to facilitate learning events and conduct coaching sessions
• Knowledge of regulations and standards in training delivery
  
  

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct learning requirements analysis and establish learning objectives
• Deliver content and assess effectiveness based on learning objectives
• Conduct coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance
• Facilitate learning events and knowledge transfer by teaching and team coaching
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer Sessions to qualify additional instructors
