- Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
- 3 years of digital messaging experience
- 1 year of experience using macOS
- Experience with content management systems, including navigating, entering text, uploading images, and selecting metadata tags
- Experience using Google Workspace products (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc.)
- Client relationship management skills with a focus on building relationships and ensuring needs are met
- A growth mindset with the ability to thrive on challenges and use failure as a learning opportunity
- Detail-oriented with a high level of focus to ensure successful completion of complex campaigns
- Experience in testing messages on various channels using web browsers, Xcode, and Android Studio
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for clear, concise communication with teams and management
- Resourceful in finding answers when they are not readily available
- Prior experience in the client's industry is a must
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is mandatory
- Experience with API tools and creating test accounts
- Familiarity with analytical tools like Tableau and Splunk
- Partner with internal customers to develop and execute messaging based on their intent and objectives
- Build, test, and release digital messages to web and mobile applications
- Apply analytical thinking to create targeted messages for intended audiences
- Communicate closely with various individuals and teams on the status of assigned projects
- Gather and analyze data as requested
- Follow established team processes and engage in process improvement
