Workforce Program Manager

Position Overview
The Workforce Program Manager will serve as the on-site leader for contingent workforce operations supporting advanced manufacturing and robotics production. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of contractor workforce delivery, including requisition intake, candidate pipeline management, onboarding, compliance, performance oversight, and reporting. The Workforce Program Manager acts as the single point of accountability for program success, ensuring seamless day-to-day execution and alignment with a fast-paced, safety-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Workforce Program Management: Oversee full requisition lifecycle, ensuring fulfillment of KPIs (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, retention) is met.
- Client Relationship & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, supervisors, and operations leaders; conduct regular business reviews.
- Workforce Planning & Delivery: Forecast talent needs based on production schedules and surge scenarios; maintain real-time visibility into pipelines.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, training requirements, and OSHA standards; manage incident reporting and corrective actions.
- Contractor Experience: Serve as primary point of contact for onsite workforce; manage onboarding, attendance, and engagement.
- Reporting & Analytics: Deliver weekly/monthly reports on headcount, fill rates, safety metrics, and workforce trends.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and implement standardized workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years in workforce management, VOP/MSP leadership, or high-volume manufacturing staffing.
- Experience in production, robotics, automotive, or advanced manufacturing environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols, compliance frameworks, and light-industrial technical roles.
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with urgency and accuracy.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
