About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will own the full life-cycle sales and client relationship process, driving short- and long‑term staffing initiatives across your assigned accounts. You will be a strategic partner to client Hiring Managers—strengthening relationships, expanding market share, and ensuring successful delivery of talent solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with enterprise‑level IT and Engineering organizations across Silicon Valley to drive strategic staffing solutions.
• Expand market share within client accounts by growing headcount, revenue, and gross margins.
• Meet with Hiring Managers daily to build strong, lasting partnerships.
• Manage the full client relationship journey—including pre‑sales, post‑sales, and ongoing technical or operational support.
• Design and execute effective sales and account growth strategies.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers to uncover new opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline within assigned accounts.
• Manage and track client-defined SLAs, ensuring consistent quality and measurable outcomes.
• Prioritize and manage a high volume of requisitions with speed and accuracy.
• Partner closely with the recruiting team to communicate client needs and ensure strong candidate alignment.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
• 2 years of experience in agency sales
• Proven customer-facing strengths—sales experience is a significant plus.
• Strong familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media for networking and lead generation.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort creating tracking spreadsheets.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong presentation, networking, verbal, and written communication skills.
• A high standard of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
