What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at ART CRAFT DISPLAY INC?
The Administrative Assistant/Account Executive supports the event management process beginning with event orders, exhibitor kit creation and distribution, order entry, event follow-up and order adjustments. Responsibilities include communicating with staff to ensure successful set up/tear down, pick up/delivery of each event to meet the client’s needs. The Administrative Assistant/Account Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional customer care to both customers and vendors. This person will manage a service desk during expos/conventions and perform routine administrative work, including answering phones, receiving the public, providing customer assistance, record keeping, and other functions to assist the operations of the company.
Qualifications:Required Education and Experience:
Graduation from high school with specialized coursework in general office practices. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and be able to deliver a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Professional written and verbal communication skills are required.
Preferred Education and Experience
Some college preferred or one year of increasingly responsible related experience, or any equivalent combination of related education and experience.
