Duties:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital client files
- Assist with billing and invoicing (CaseFox or similar system)
- Track expenses and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Scan, upload, and label documents accurately
- Prepare and format basic legal documents (training provided)
- Manage mail, filing, and office organization
- Assist with client communications (phone/email, scheduling, reminders)
- Help keep case materials and deadlines organized
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with computers (Word, PDF, email, basic spreadsheets)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Legal office experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule & Compensation
