Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and personable Servers and Bartenders to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly service, expertly handling food and beverages, and creating a lively atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest leaves with a memorable impression.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, utilizing openTable for reservations when needed.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations; bus tables and assist with food running as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs.
- Proficiency with POS systems including Micros POS, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently.
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently while providing attentive guest service.
- Experience with OpenTable reservations system is a plus.
- Demonstrated skills in cash handling, basic math, cashiering, and guest relations.
