Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Take drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Square , and deliver prompt service to guests.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management, ensuring timely service during busy hours.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties like processing payments and giving change with retail math proficiency.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their Pub experience, providing recommendations when appropriate.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and occasional special events and functions.
