We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Desk Manager to lead our guest services team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and maintain seamless communication between guests and staff. Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy and friendliness
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly with a positive attitude
- Oversee reservation management, including bookings, cancellations, and modifications using multi-line phone systems
- Coordinate night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data integrity
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and provide clear information about resort amenities and services
- Foster guest relations by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations at every touchpoint
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a focus on guest services
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our international guests effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures is preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous hotel or resort experience is advantageous for understanding hospitality standards and guest expectations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
