Guest Services Associate (Evenings & Weekends)
Shifts: 3:00 PM – 9:30 PM
1–2 weekdays every other Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Help create memorable stays for every guest.
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Guest Services Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our property—assisting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring every stay is smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests and handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Make and manage reservations
- Provide helpful local recommendations to enhance guest experiences
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally on first contact
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and common areas
- Support the team with light tasks such as laundry
