Duties
As a Yoga Instructor, you will be responsible for providing yoga instruction to clients receiving treatment for SUD.
- Leading yoga classes
Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
-Certification at a minimum of 200 YTT
- Proficiency in conducting yoga classes
- Strong crisis management skills to effectively handle challenging situations
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Ability to incorporate yoga therapy techniques into treatment sessions
- Strong research skills to stay informed about evidence-based practices in yoga
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients
