Job Title:Concession & Retail Attendant
Location: Dixon Springs Swimming Pool, Golconda, IL
Area of Focus:Community Collaboration
Program(s):Supported Employment
Greet customers, take food and merchandise orders, and operate POS
system (training provided)
Prepare and serve food and beverages safely and efficiently
Restock concession and retail inventory throughout the day
Maintain cleanliness of concession stand, equipment, and eating
areas
Complete routine janitorial tasks, including sweeping, wiping
surfaces, and emptying trash
Follow all health and safety regulations
Report supply needs or equipment concerns to supervisor
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Participate in on-the-job training and attend scheduled meetings or
updates
