Nurse - Flexible / Part-Time Opportunity in Pratt and Medicine Lodge, KS

What You Will Get to Do:
This is a non-traditional nursing role focused on oversight, training, and support. You will:
- Review and support medication practices to ensure compliance with Kansas Nurse Practice Act and KDADS regulations
- Train and coach staff on medication and provide supports to improve overall health and wellness
- Conduct occasional site visits to ensure proper documentation and safe practices
- Review medication records, orders, and updates (MARs, consults, medication changes)
- Provide guidance to staff when medical questions arise
- Contribute to policy improvements and quality assurance efforts

What You Need:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- Ability to train, coach, and communicate clearly with non-medical staff
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between service locations
- Preferred: Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

- $26.00 - $36.00 per hour (Non-Exempt position).
