Hillsboro Community Hospital is a 15-bed critical access hospital located in Marion County, close to Marion Reservoir Lake and on the edge of the scenic Flint Hills. Hillsboro is less than an hour’s drive from Wichita to the South, Salina to the North, Hutchinson to the West, and Emporia to the East.

We pride ourselves on providing top quality medical care for Hillsboro and all of Marion County. Our services include an emergency department, full-service laboratory, inpatient care, physical therapy, radiology, surgery, swing bed, specialty clinics, and a family practice clinic.

We are looking for compassionate, patient-centered Registered Nurses who enjoy providing personalized care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Our Critical Access Hospital offers a unique opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while practicing a broad range of nursing skills.

With a low nurse-to-patient ratio (approximately 4:1), our nurses have the time to deliver individualized care, develop strong clinical judgment, and gain experience across multiple areas of nursing. What We Have Available

Schedule is 12 hour shifts from 7:00 – 7:00. We are currently looking for day or night shift.

What You Will Do

Registered Nurse Duties:

• Help to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients;
• Promote the optimal health, well-being, and safety of our patients;
• Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship based care, our organizational mission, and our core values.

What You Need

Registered Nurse Requirements:

• Current state nursing license
• Emergency Department experience preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required
• PALS preferred, but not required
• One year experience preferred, but not required
