• Direct Support Professional (DSP)**, youll provide hands-on support
  
  

while teaching skills, encouraging community participation, and building

positive, professional relationships.

**What Youll Do**

• Support individuals in community activities: shopping, movies, ball
  
  

games, library trips, hobbies, local events, and other meaningful

outings.

• Teach skills for a clean, safe home, including laundry, cooking,
  
  

cleaning, and grocery routines.

• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, mealtime) and
  
  

promote healthy habits.

• Provide support aligned with each persons Person-Centered Support
  
  

Plan (PCSP) and teach skills that increase independence.

• Collaborate with Case Managers, direct care staff, and supervisors;
  
  

participate in PCSP teams.
