Job Title: Room Attendant
Job Summary:
The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms in accordance with established standards to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and consistency while adhering to housekeeping procedures, safety protocols, and service expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms and surfaces
- Ensure all rooms meet cleanliness and presentation standards prior to guest arrival
- Restock room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Respond to guest requests in a professional and timely manner
- Follow all housekeeping policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Maintain a high level of organization and time management to complete daily assignments efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to support overall housekeeping operations and guest satisfaction
Work Schedule:
- 5 days per week
- 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting as needed
