As a Report Processor, youll play a key role in ensuring that medical reports are accurate, complete, and delivered on time. Youll collaborate with physicians and multiple departments to maintain smooth report workflow and uphold the highest standards of quality and confidentiality.

• Process and review reports for assigned accounts.

• Proofread and edit for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and content accuracy.

• Verify information, data, and claims for correctness and completeness.

• Communicate with physicians and departments to ensure report accuracy and timeliness.

• Track deadlines and follow up with physicians regarding report completion.

• Optimize workflow and ensure timely report delivery.

• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.

• Monitor and provide feedback on assigned accounts to improve quality and efficiency.

• Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.

• Effective and professional communicator.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, ShareFile, Google Calendar, and related software.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).

• Experience with Workers Compensation and/or Medicolegal documentation preferred.

• Reliable and punctual attendance record.

• Work with a supportive, experienced medical team.
