Key Responsibilities

• Process reports for assigned accounts accurately and efficiently.

• Proofread and perform quality control for grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

• Verify the accuracy and completeness of report data and claims.

• Communicate effectively with physicians and departments to ensure timely completion.

• Review schedules and follow up on deadlines as needed.

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline report workflows.

• Optimize production processes to meet turnaround goals.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient records (HIPAA compliant).

• Monitor, review, and provide feedback on assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.

• Effective communicator and collaborative team player.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, ShareFile, and Google Calendar.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Reliable attendance and a professional attitude.

• Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish).

• Preferred: Experience in Workers Compensation or Medicolegal settings.
