Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or irregularities
- Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to oversee activity across all areas
- Enforce access control procedures by verifying identities and authorizations
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies with appropriate conflict management and first aid measures
- Document incidents thoroughly through detailed reports and logs for future reference and compliance purposes
- Observing suspicious behavior and preventing theft or vandalism
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary to resolve incidents efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
- Certifications in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and NARCAN are advantageous
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing conflicts effectively
- Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail during patrols and surveillance activities
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods throughout shifts
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and the public
