RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overall management of the Security Department, including supervision of Shift Coordinators and Officers.
- Provide training and orientation to new Security staff.
- Ensure security staff coverage 7 days per week, 24 hours per day.
- Maintain related statistics and prepare monthly reports.
- Conduct security-related investigations.
- Keep the Procedures Manual updated.
- Authorize monthly fire drills.
- Provide 24-hour on-call coverage.
- Monitor all safety-related equipment.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer.
Pay: $53,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
