Responsibilities
- Coordinate the opening and closing of bank accounts including maintaining firm bank accounts
- Monitor daily capital and collateral for trading activities
- Support cash and capital management, cash forecasting, and reporting within the treasury department
- Provide comprehensive coverage of cash and capital management including daily cash operations and supporting FX risk management
- Coordinate with banking partners and internal teams to ensure compliance with external requests
- Lead the vendor management verification process and assist in audit inquiries
- Assist in the execution of projects related to data collection, analytical tool development, process improvement, and automation initiatives
- Support the management of the firm’s credit card program
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- 3-5 years of treasury experience
- Series 99 certification a plus
- Familiarity with bank account documentation
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and VBA
